Usually the next day. Most new customers who call in the morning are on the schedule for the following day, and if you're dealing with something active we'll work to get out sooner. When you submit the form, a local team member calls you back to lock in a time that works.
No long-term contract is required to start. The $63 gets you the initial treatment. Most homeowners continue on quarterly service because that's what actually keeps ants and spiders out, but that's your call after the first visit.
Yes. We use products formulated for residential use, applied precisely where they're needed rather than blanket-sprayed. You'll get clear guidance on any precautions, usually just staying off treated areas until dry, about 15–30 minutes.
Call us and we come back and treat again at no charge. That's included in quarterly service, not an add-on. It's also why we'd rather find the entry point than keep spraying the same baseboard.
