Source Pest Control is a licensed structural pest control business serving Riverside County and North San Diego County, California, licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board.
Submitting a form on this site is a request for contact, not a booking or a contract. Pricing shown on this site is an estimate for typical residential properties. Final pricing is confirmed after we assess your property, and may vary based on property size, severity, and the type of service required. No work begins and no charge is made until you approve the price.
The $63 initial treatment is available to new residential customers in our service area and applies to the first General Pest Control treatment. It does not apply to termite, fumigation, bed bug, wildlife, or commercial services. Larger properties and acreage may be quoted separately. The offer may be modified or ended at any time, but we honor any offer confirmed at the time you scheduled. Limit one per household.
Customers on an ongoing quarterly service plan may request a free return visit if covered pests appear between scheduled services. The guarantee applies to the pests covered by your plan and requires that the property remain accessible for treatment. It does not cover pests outside your plan, structural repairs, or conditions that require a separate service such as termite or rodent exclusion work.
Service requires safe access to the areas being treated. Please secure pets and clear access to the exterior perimeter before your appointment. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule. Let us know as early as you can if you need to change an appointment.
